It was a pleasure seeing you yesterday and thank you for entering our contest.
First, to answer the questions:
1. Do you think that voice mail I left for you earlier today was a personal call?
You could say yes or no. Yes, it was my voice and yes, it showed up in your voice mail, so it certainly should still have the effect of a personal call, but the truth is that everyone that entered the contest received the voicemail broadcast. Therefore, I did not have to make hundreds of calls, but just made one and the system delivered it to each person (and it goes straight to voicemail, so it’s not an annoying recorded phone call). So, sorry that it was not actually a personal call to you, but the point of sharing this with you is so you can start to think about how utilizing automatic follow-up methods like these could benefit your organization.
2. What did you think about Emma? Did you think she was a real person?
Well, I must share that E.m.m.a. is my Engaging Mobile Marketing Assistant. (I made up that name. Do you like it?)
It’s a series of engaging, interactive text messages that reply based on the prospects replies. Each of the answers are automatically recorded in the database. Companies use this to qualify leads, capture key data points, set appointments and much more.
3. How do I now know your demographic information, like your gender, age range and interests?
When you shared your contact information, data related to it can be extracted and added to the database. The location is shown based on the cell phone number. The email address connects to social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and pulls the relevant demographic information (age range, gender, interests, etc.)
…so these are just 3 of the 21 ways to be using the latest in marketing technology to capture leads and communicate with your audience so you will be more successful. Again, these are just examples to get you thinking about how you can use the latest in marketing technology to benefit you and your organization.
